1970’s BVLGARI “Alessandro Magno Dramma” ancient coin necklace. The 16″ 18k yellow gold round “foxtail” chain, suspending an ancient gold coin bezel set in 18k yellow gold enhanced with a cabachon sapphire. Inscribed “ALESSANDRO MAGNO 336-323” BVLGARI. This substantial necklace weighs in at 139 grams. The round foxtail link chain feels luxurious. We all know the coin necklace is synonymous , but this necklace is special. Super heavy, it sports both Italian and French Hallmarks. No kidding, we have seen a lot of these.. but this one is the one! Classically Chic.
