A pretty pendant/brooch attributed to Van Cleef and Arpels. The stylized textured heart,enhanced with approximately 2.50cts of round, white diamonds. Can be worn with a chain,a cord, or a strand of pearls as a pendant, or on its own as a brooch. Numbered: NY82394, marked with an indistinct diamond lozenge under a pin stem replacement, and what appear to be two very faint french marks on side brooch. 3 1/8″ x 2 2/8″, 41.4g
